Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding local public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST will typically begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after that time begin processing the next business day.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or global disruptions, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email if any unexpected delays occur.
- Every order includes quality checks, secure packaging, and preparation of international shipping and customs documentation.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard international shipping on all orders. Please note that some countries may require recipients to pay local import taxes, duties, or customs handling fees upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has shipped. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For return instructions, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time for all international orders is 7–15 business days, depending on your country and local customs procedures. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
Note: In rare situations, if your nearest fulfillment center is out of stock, your order may ship from a different location, which may extend delivery time to the full 15 days or slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the tracking page on our website at Order Tracking, or directly via the shipping carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs inspections, extreme weather, or logistical disruptions. If you have not received your package within 20 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
